The room was nice and incredibly comfortable. the staff and the host were all thoughtful and helpful. - the location was favorable, on a quiet alley a short walk from the main street with all the food businesses. - the bed was extremely comfy.

Hotel overlooked mountain and the room was big size and warm. The location was convenient and ideal, just 5 minutes walk from Hakuba Art Museum. Visited few places in the center, not very far from the property.

In a favourable and absolutely perfect location close to restaurants and bars. Big size room with very comfy bed and feather pillows.

The staff members were all thoughtful and affable. the room was big and warm, it had bath robes and slippers. - the shared bathroom was nice. - the location was ideal, for example, Shiroumamie Museum was within a close distance from the hotel.

This hotel was an easy base for exploring Hakuba, thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a good location for us, so close to the slopes and restaurants and the bus stop to go skiing. - Furthermore, on a quiet alley that is a short walk from the main street where all the food businesses are.

the lodge is spotless - perfectly placed close to bus stops + restaurants. staff shares local ski tips and gladly accepted my gear before i arrived. quick access to surrounding mountains + cozy shared spaces.
